Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use Cressivo Pro to research trades, manage their subscription, and learn, in a way that works for them.

Need assistance?

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email info@cressivo.com. Please include:

  • the page or feature,
  • what you were trying to do,
  • your preferred way to receive a response, and
  • if helpful, your browser or assistive technology.

You do not need to disclose a disability or send sensitive financial information.

Ways to navigate

  • Skip to content. Press Tab once when a page loads to reveal a “Skip to content” link. Press Enter to jump past the navigation to the page’s main content.
  • Keyboard. Tab and Shift+Tab move through links, buttons, and form fields, and Enter or Space activates them. The element with keyboard focus is marked with a violet outline or ring.
  • Dialogs. When a dialog or pop-up panel opens, focus moves into it and Tab stays inside it. Escape closes it, and focus returns to the button that opened it. A few dialogs that ask a required question (such as choosing a cash or margin account type) stay open until you answer.
  • Menu on small screens. On a phone or narrow window, the Menu button at the top of signed-in pages opens the navigation panel. Escape closes it.
  • Tabs. Where a page is split into tabs, such as Earnings Edge, Trade Builder, Smart Paper Trader, and Automated Trading, the arrow keys move between tabs, and Home and End jump to the first and last tab.
  • Lists, sliders, and tables. Most drop-down lists and sliders respond to the arrow keys. A few pop-up pickers, such as the Credit Spreads strike list, are moved through with Tab instead. Sortable column headers, for example in Earnings Edge, Realized, and the Trade Journal, are buttons you can press with Enter, and screen readers announce the current sort order.
  • Screen readers. Pages use headings and landmarks (navigation and main content), form fields have labels, and error and status messages are announced when they appear.
  • Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and transitions are turned off or minimized.
  • Known limitations. Reordering account tabs by drag and drop needs a mouse, and the pop-up values that appear when you hover over a chart can’t be reached with the keyboard.

Our accessibility target

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA (opens in a new tab) as our technical target. Work includes keyboard navigation, form labels and error feedback, screen reader support, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and enlarged text.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We have not completed an independent conformance audit and do not claim every feature meets every WCAG requirement. Please report any issue you find so it can be assessed.

Third-party services

Payment checkout, billing management, and any linked external resources are operated by third parties. If one of them creates a barrier for you, tell us which service and which step so we can help find a way forward.
