1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, name, learning progress data (lessons completed, quiz scores, XP), and subscription information. We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide the learning platform, track progress, send service communications, and improve our curriculum. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely on our platform infrastructure. Progress and subscription data are retained for as long as your account is active.
4. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@cressivo.com.
6. Subprocessors
We use third-party services to provide parts of the platform. For each, we share only the data described below and only for the stated purpose.
SnapTrade (operated by Passiv Technologies Inc.)
Purpose: Live brokerage account connections. Enables users who opt in to connect their supported brokerage accounts and sync positions, holdings, and account balances into Cressivo.
Data shared: Your brokerage login credentials are handled by SnapTrade directly — Cressivo never sees or stores them. Cressivo receives from SnapTrade the account metadata, positions, holdings, and balances for the accounts you choose to connect.
Your control: Connecting a brokerage is opt-in. You can disconnect at any time from Settings; disconnecting stops all syncing and removes your synced positions, holdings, and history from view in the app. We retain that synced history so that reconnecting the same account restores it rather than losing anything your broker no longer provides. To permanently erase all of your synced brokerage data (including retained history), use “Reset broker connections” under Advanced in Settings, or email us at info@cressivo.com.
